SUPERMASSIVE

Supermassive is a curated members’ community focused on connecting, supporting, and enhancing the endeavors of pioneering technologists in both the digital and physical worlds. Supermassive provides purpose-built Guildhouses in key cities worldwide alongside a decentralized digital platform that improves the collective efficiency, productivity, and actionable intelligence of the members. BLVD is an advisor and partner in Supermassive and oversees the acquisition and development strategy for the company.


RVCC INTERSECT

Founded by Nicolo Rusconi and Chris Adams, RVCC Intersect is an espresso bar, lounge and collection of collaborative spaces designed to support and define the culture of the local community. RVCC Intersect currently consists of the Intersect Espresso Bar + lounge, Etiquette Barbers, and the Los Angeles River Tattoo Studio.


LA CONSERVATION CORPS

The Los Angeles Conservation Corps is the nation’s largest urban conservation corps and LA’s preeminent youth development organization. The Corps’ mission is to provide at-risk young adults and school-aged youth with opportunities for success through job skills training, education and work experience with an emphasis on conservation and service projects that benefit the community. Nicolo Rusconi is an acting board member and Chair of the Marketing & Development Committee.


LAUNCHDTLA

LaunchDTLA is the antithesis to the typical Los Angeles networking event. Founded by Justin Weiss, Nicolo Rusconi, Mitch Carricart, Azzi Kashani, and Paul Vizcaino, the event has been the introductory gathering for nearly all of downtown Los Angeles’ notable bar, restaurant, and hotel openings since its inception in 2012.


CENTRAL CITY ASSOCIATION OF LOS ANGELES

CCA is the leading voice of businesses on important city and state issues for Downtown Los Angeles and the Greater Los Angeles area. Jon Blanchard sits on the Livability and Tourism Committee for CCA and aids in CCA strategy for hospitality and real estate development.
